More than 3200 PES members and energy industry enthusiasts converged on Boston on July 17-21, 2016 to experience the next chapter in the society’s long history of hosting exceptional meetings and events. This years general meeting theme, “Paving the Way for Grid Modernization,” gave attendees the opportunity to be present for additional panel sessions covering topics like transformer resiliency and physical security, impacts of environmental regulations on power markets, power grid resilience, and much more.
This premier power engineering conference brings together practicing power engineers and academics from all over the world. The aim of the conference is to provide an international forum for experts to promote, share, and discuss various issues and developments in the field of electrical power engineering.
