Military Polytechnic School of Algiers
Having the status of a military establishment of an administrative nature for teaching and scientific research, it is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research .
The School trains 200 engineering students annually, recruited through parallel admissions for university students. However, the number of places reserved for them is very limited compared to admissions after preparatory classes at the National Preparatory School for Engineering Studies . The diploma awarded upon completion of their three years of training is the title of State Engineer, a graduate of the Military Polytechnic School, since 1995.
