Wanjiang University of Technology

Wanjiang University of Technology is located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province, a civilized city in the country. It is a provincial general undergraduate university with the right to grant bachelor’s degrees approved by the Ministry of Education. The school was formerly an independent college jointly organized by Hohai University, Jiangsu Daye Investment Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Daye Housing Construction and Development Co., Ltd.—Wentian College of Hohai University. It was established on May 7, 2008 with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and went smoothly in 2012. Passed the assessment of bachelor’s degree granting authority and was approved as a bachelor’s degree granting unit. In 2018, the school was approved by the Ministry of Education and successfully converted into an independent private undergraduate school, which was renamed Wanjiang Institute of Technology. 

For more than ten years, Wanjiang University of Technology has sent nearly 30,000 talents to the society, making positive contributions to local economic construction and social development. The school covers an area of 1700 acres and is divided into two campuses, Huoshan Mountain and Zhengpu Port. The school currently has 60 laboratories of various types, 1 provincial key laboratory, 1 municipal key engineering center, 11 research institutes, and 1 hydraulic research institute.
