The annual conference ICPE 2022-The 3rd International Conference on Power Engineering was planed to be held in Sanya, Hainan Province, China during December 09-11, 2022. However, due to the outbreaks and continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizing committee decide to have the 3rd ICPE virtually.
