AM3 Spin-off
AM3 Spin-off (Advanced Models and Methods in Maritime engineering) is an academic spin-off of the University of Florence, which was born in July 2013 thanks to the scouting activity and the subsequent pre-incubation path of the Florentine University. The AM3 Spin-off team is made up of researchers from the LABIMA Maritime Engineering Laboratory, which boasts thirty years of experience in activity.
The mission of AM3 Spin-off is the technology transfer of the results of the research conducted by its team, in physical modeling and numerical modeling. AM3 Spin-off offers exclusive consulting services, which accompany the customer in the design and management of large works or maritime devices, optimizing the cost / benefit ratio.
