he Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA) was first established as a Hydrographic Division under the Operations Department of the Republic of Korea Navy in 1949, and now falls under the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. From hydrographic surveying, ocean observation, nautical cartography to ocean forecast, our products and services support the safety of navigation and marine activities of the public.
