Kyungnam University
Over the decades, Kyungnam University has emerged as the top domestic institution in the field of inter-Korean peace and unification research—in part thanks to the work of its think tank, the Institute for Far Eastern Studies—and is currently focused on becoming an educational leader in five specialized areas: North Korea and unification studies, defense industry, smart mechatronics integration, lifestyles of health and sustainability (LOHAS) well-being, and marine and urban healing. These specializations, matched with core disciplines, form the pillars of our education.
