PETRONAS Resource Centre Bangi (PRCB) was initially set up in Petroleum Research Institute (PRI) in the 1980s and continue to provide its information services to PETRONAS researchers after PRI evolved into PETRONAS Research & Scientific Services Sdn Bhd (PRSS) until the current set up of Group Technology & Research (GR&T), PETRONAS Research Sdn Bhd, Bangi.
PRCB aims to be a strategic partner in learning, research, contributing a range of services, resources and programs to strengthen effective discovery, use and management of information.
PRCB always ensure that the selection, acquisition, cataloguing, storage and preservation of scholarly information are in line with the needs and requirements of GR&T community. We provides prompt, seamless, reliable and easy to use access to high quality scholarly information, regardless the location of the information.
PRCB also supports the learning and research of its users in discovering and using information resources through mediated, timely and flexible information services.
