Data collected at an established test center.

Test centers are typically commercial, academic, or government facilities or offshore berths that provide a range of testing capabilities and services to the marine renewable energy community. Well-known test centers around the world include the European Marine Energy Centre, Fundy Ocean Research Centre for Energy, and PacWave.
