Abstract
A detailed report of the SeaRay deployment off the coast of Oregon in 2011. The document contains several reports covering the deployment from the design of the SeaRay, its capabilities, site selection, climate study, device scaling, acoustic studies, deployment plans, mooring load modeling, and bathymetry for the site.
